A somewhat traditional macaroni salad, that you can use as a base and experiment with to create your own!
Shirley’s Macaroni Salad

Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 16 oz Elbow Macaroni Cooked
- ½ tsp Dry Mustard
- 3 Boiled Eggs Diced Small
- 1 tbsp Poupou Mustard
- 1 cup Mayo
- Frozen Peas For Color
- Sugar Pinch
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubed, As Much As You Want
- ½ Red Bell Pepper Diced
- Sour Cream To Taste
- ½ Green Bell Pepper Diced
- ¼ Red Onion Diced
- ¼ cup Parsley Chopped
Instructions
- Cook macaroni per directions. Let cool.
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator.
