Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Rice uncooked
  • 2 cans Campbell’s beef consommé' soup
  • 1 large onion if desired
  • 4 to 6 chops

Instructions

  • Pour rice into flat baking dish.
  • Pour 1 can of beef consommé over rice.
  • Season pork chops.
  • Lay pork chops on top of rice. (Slice onion and layer on top of chops if desired.)
  • Pour 1 can of beef consommé on top of chops and cover.
  • Cook at 350 for 40 minutes or until rice is cooked.
