Pork Chop Cassarole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Rice uncooked
- 2 cans Campbell’s beef consommé' soup
- 1 large onion if desired
- 4 to 6 chops
Instructions
- Pour rice into flat baking dish.
- Pour 1 can of beef consommé over rice.
- Season pork chops.
- Lay pork chops on top of rice. (Slice onion and layer on top of chops if desired.)
- Pour 1 can of beef consommé on top of chops and cover.
- Cook at 350 for 40 minutes or until rice is cooked.
