Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 3/4 Cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 Cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbs chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/8 pepper
- 2 Tbs oil
- Spaghetti Sauce 6 cups
- 1 lb. Thin spaghetti cooked.
Instructions
- In bowl mix together first 11 ingredients.
- Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls.
- In large skillet heat corn oil over medium high heat.Add meatballs, a few at a time.
- Brown on all sides.
- Add to Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer 2& to 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve over spaghetti.
