Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 3/4 Cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 Cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1/8 pepper
  • 2 Tbs oil
  • Spaghetti Sauce 6 cups
  • 1 lb. Thin spaghetti cooked.

Instructions

  • In bowl mix together first 11 ingredients.
  • Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls.
  • In large skillet heat corn oil over medium high heat.Add meatballs, a few at a time.
  • Brown on all sides.
  • Add to Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer 2& to 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve over spaghetti.
