Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • ¾ Cup fine dry bread crumbs ½ Cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ Cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ Cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • ⅛ pepper
  • 2 Tbs oil
  • Spaghetti Sauce (6 cups)
  • 1 lb. Thin spaghetti cooked.
Instructions
  1. In bowl mix together first 11 ingredients.
  2. Shape into 20 (1½ inch) balls.
  3. In large skillet heat corn oil over medium high heat.Add meatballs, a few at a time.
  4. Brown on all sides.
  5. Add to Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer 2& to 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve over spaghetti.
