Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

Ground beef

fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 Cup milk

egg

Cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Cup
chopped onion

Tbs
chopped parsley

clove
garlic
minced

tsp
salt

tsp
dried basil leaves

pepper

Tbs
oil
Spaghetti Sauce
6 cups
1
lb.
Thin spaghetti cooked.
Instructions
In bowl mix together first 11 ingredients.
Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls.
In large skillet heat corn oil over medium high heat.Add meatballs, a few at a time.
Brown on all sides.
Add to Spaghetti Sauce. Simmer 2& to 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serve over spaghetti.
