Creamed Beef on Toast

I double the recipe.
  • 4 Tablespoons of butter
  • 4 Tablespoons of flour
  • 2 Cups of hot milk
  • 1 Pkg of sliced corned beef or sage or ham sausage
  • Peas
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Melt butter and add flour.
  2. Cook about 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk.
  4. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in meat.
  6. Cook until warm.
  7. Serve over toast or biscuits.
This is sooo good. I love it with peas or substitute the corned beef with a sage or am sausage for a great sausage gravy.
