Creamed Beef on Toast

Ingredients

Tablespoons
of butter
4
Tablespoons
of flour

Cups
of hot milk
1
Pkg of sliced corned beef or sage or ham sausage
Peas
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Melt butter and add flour.
Cook about 2 minutes.
Add milk.
Cook about 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and thickened.
Stir in meat.
Cook until warm.
Serve over toast or biscuits.
Notes
This is sooo good. I love it with peas or substitute the corned beef with a sage or am sausage for a great sausage gravy.
