  • 1 Head Iceburg lettuce
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese cut into thin cubes
  • 15 oz can of Peas
  • 6 Slices of bacon cooked and broken into small pieces
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • Mayo
  • Sugar


  • Layer half the lettuce and spread with a layer of mayo, onion, sugar, cheese and peas. Repeat for next layer.
  • Let stand in fridge for 1 ½ hours covered. Then just before serving with bacon bits.
