Pea Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Head Iceburg lettuce
- 1 lb Swiss cheese cut into thin cubes
- 15 oz can of Peas
- 6 Slices of bacon cooked and broken into small pieces
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- Mayo
- Sugar
Instructions
- Layer half the lettuce and spread with a layer of mayo, onion, sugar, cheese and peas. Repeat for next layer.
- Let stand in fridge for 1 ½ hours covered. Then just before serving with bacon bits.
