Creamy Green Chile Rice
- 1½ cups rice, cooked
- 1½ cups heavy cream reduced by ½
- 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced white and green parts
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos.
- Garnish with scallions and cilantro and serve.
