Creamy Green Chile Rice

  • 1½ cups rice, cooked
  • 1½ cups heavy cream reduced by ½
  • 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced white and green parts
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
  1. In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos.
  2. Garnish with scallions and cilantro and serve.
