- 1 large ham slice – diced
- 1 large onion – diced
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup (can use Cream of Chicken)
- ½ can of milk
- 1 Package of Longhorn Cheese (about 2 ½ cups grated)
- Cooked spaghetti
- Brown onions in small amount of oil; add ham, soup, milk and cheese. Cook slowly until cheese is melted.
- If too thick add more milk.
- Serve over hot spaghetti.
