Enchilada Sauce
Equipment
- 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Gebhardt Chili Powder
- ⅓ Cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix the above dry ingredients together.
- Then add just enough water to make a paste.
- Whisk the paste into 2 cups of water.
- Heat on high until it thickens.
