Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 8 tablespoons of flour
- 4 cups of hot milk
- 1 package of Ham Sausage or your favorite Sausage
- Salt & pepper
- Biscuits Homemade or canned
Instructions
- Cook sausage and set aside.
- Melt butter and add flour.
- Cooks about 2 minutes.
- Add hot milk.
- Cook until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in cooked sausage.
- Serve over biscuits.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
