Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 cups of hot milk
  • 1 package of Ham Sausage or your favorite Sausage
  • Salt & pepper
  • Biscuits Homemade or canned

Instructions

  • Cook sausage and set aside.
  • Melt butter and add flour.
  • Cooks about 2 minutes.
  • Add hot milk.
  • Cook until smooth and thickened.
  • Stir in cooked sausage.
  • Serve over biscuits.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
