Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
Ingredients

tablespoons
butter
8
tablespoons
of flour
4
cups
of hot milk
1
package of Ham Sausage or your favorite Sausage
Salt & pepper
Biscuits
Homemade or canned
Instructions
Cook sausage and set aside.
Melt butter and add flour.
Cooks about 2 minutes.
Add hot milk.
Cook until smooth and thickened.
Stir in cooked sausage.
Serve over biscuits.
Salt & pepper to taste.
