  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 to 1-1/12 lb. Hillshire Farm Skinless Polska Kielbasa, cut into ¼ -inch slices
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 individual pita pocket breads, cut in half
  1. In a saucepan, sauté onion and green pepper in butter.
  2. Mix in Polska Kielbasa slices and sauerkraut and heat through.
  3. Combine mustard and sour cream and stir into the mixture.
  4. Warm over low heat until mixture is hot but not boiling.
  5. Fill pita breads with kielbasa-sauerkraut mixture.
