We moved up the coast and inland to San Benito RV Resort located south of Hollister. Lots of wildlife here we did see a bobcat, lots of deer and of course lots and lots of ground squirrels.
We drove to Monterey to see the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Coast Guard Pier, Cannery Row and Old Fisherman’s Pier.
Next we spent a day visiting Hearst castle and viewing the elephant seals, no males just females and pups. Hearst Castle, San Simeon, is a National Historic Landmark and California Historical Landmark located on the Central Coast of California in the United States. The joint concept of William Randolph Hearst, the publishing tycoon, and his architect Julia Morgan, it was built between 1919 and 1947. We only did the grand room tour but that enough to see the beauty not only of the building but also for the grounds and location.
