Well we’re in Mesa Arizona for the next week or so. We’re staying at Mesa Spirit RV Resort. So far its a great place. It’s huge! There are 1800 lots! 1800! We have gotten lost a few time. We’re not too far from the dog run and the gym. We’re spending time with Jo-Ann’s brother and his wife. We also meet another retired Navy couple Comy and Cookie, he’s also a retired CWO3 but a CT, I won’t hold that against him.
The weather is great compared to Utah. Its been in the low 80’s/ high 70’s. Shorts and flip-flops are the dress code here. It’s a real change not having to get up to go to work. I do miss it, but then again maybe not. Being a type A personality its hard to adjust. But I have the dash of our motorhome torn apart working to get an AUX input into the radio so I can play XM radio on from my android phone and pipe it over the motorhomes speakers and get the front TV to display the navigation screen from the radio navigation system. So far so good. The XM radio works, just need a cable for the navigation display to work.
