Day 3
We took a trip to Coopers Restaurant and Sports Bar in Fish Haven for lunch, great lake views on the deck and really good food. After lunch we drove to the Minnetonka Cave, in beautiful St. Charles Canyon northwest of Bear Lake. This enormous limestone cave situated high above Bear Lake features a half-mile of fascinating stalactites, stalagmites, and banded travertine within nine rooms. It also serves as a sanctuary for several bat species. We had a great tour of the cave that lasted about an hour and a half.
