Arugula Salad and Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp champagne vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • A few cracks of black pepper
  • Baby arugula salad
  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  1. In a bowl add olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well
  3. Before serving toss with arugula salad
  4. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese
