Pork Chop Cassarole

  • 1½ - 2 Cups Rice uncooked
  • 2 cans Campbell’s beef consommé' soup
  • 1 large onion (if desired)
  • 4 to 6 chops
  1. Pour rice into flat baking dish.
  2. Pour 1 can of beef consommé over rice.
  3. Season pork chops.
  4. Lay pork chops on top of rice. (Slice onion and layer on top of chops if desired.)
  5. Pour 1 can of beef consommé on top of chops and cover.
  6. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes or until rice is cooked.
